We offer a variety of services including structural analysis and design, building information modeling (BIM), structural investigations, and construction administration.  Our structural engineering services consist of a wide range of industries, including commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional for new construction, renovations and restorations of existing buildings, and preservation of historical buildings. We have a strong background in design of all construction materials, such as mild-reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, tilt-wall concrete, structural & light-gage steel, concrete masonry units (CMU), and wood framing for building sizes ranging from one-story to multi-story buildings.

We identify potential issues that affect the structural integrity of your structure and provide a report outlining our findings along with recommendations on how to repair the damaged structure, ensuring the safety and stability of your building. Ideally, structural investigations are performed with the use of available structural as-built drawings. However, in the case where none are available, on-site measurements and visual observations are used to formulate our professional opinions and recommendations. 

Munoz Engineering Group provides windstorm design and permitting drawings for Texas coastal counties within the designated catastrophe area. We also provide Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) certification for properties in catastrophe areas, which includes WPI-1, WPI-2, and WPI-8 certifications.
